      No Use For A Name is a punk band out based of Sunnyvale, CA. Tony Sly and Rory Koff started the band in 1987, and soon picked up Steve Papoutis on bass. The trio released a full length album on New Red Archives in 1990 titled Incognito. The band picked up Chris Dodge to play rhythm guitar on their next cd, Don t Miss the Train, which was also released on New Red Archives. After Chris was no longer in the band, No Use picked up Robin Pfefer to play lead guitar on their first record on Fat Wreck Chords, The Daily Grind, which was released in 1993.
