The last one was a bit more one-sided, but this one is definitely everybody s baby.
It s no surprise that Pryor has infants on his mind: As we chat, his wife is several days overdue in delivering their first child. He s pretending to be calm, but the parents among us know how he s really feeling. In any event, this baby business is an apt metaphor for dropping a new album, especially one as highly anticipated as On A Wire, which was nearly three years in the making.
